One issue that I feel you missed in your discussion of the "Ultrasound Act" is the financhial burden it places on abortion providers. I assume ultrasound machines are rather expensive. How many abortion providers will be driven out of business, lacking the finances to buy one? To me, this seems like an obvious attempt to further the anti-abortion-crowd's strategy of making abortion prohibitively difficult.
Yeah, you're right. That's the whole point.
